Together with the Rector, the Vestry and officers are responsible for governance of the parish. Members of the St. John’s vestry each hold three-year terms and are elected each year at the February Annual Meeting. The officers (Senior Warden,  Junior Warden, Treasurer, and Registrar) are appointed by the Vestry.
