The Scripture, Poetry, and Art of Advent

Advent is traditionally a time for reflecting on our lives and the world around us, and of acknowledging the brokenness we see and our need of a savior! It is a time of repentance and longing, and for embracing the expectation that God will surely act to redeem the World. Each forum in this three-week series will invite us to consider a traditional Advent Scripture reading before leading us to explore its themes more deeply through poetry and art.
